Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return one or more items within 14 days from the delivery date.

1. Make sure both the bottles and their boxes you are returning have not been opened at all and are on their original conditions. Otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and refund you the purchase.
   
   
2. Fill in the Return Form and once completed send us at we@key-essence.com.
   
   
3. Pack the items with the print out of Return Form in the order box (or any rigid cardboard box) and send your package to our warehouse address:

4. Once your package reaches our warehouse, please wait for from 3 to 7 working days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you with all shipment costs at your expense. If your return is accepted, your refund will be issued through PayPal® and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
